Laminating is a process
for combining different layers of textiles together by adhesion to make a permanent
fabric join. We use an extremely thin layer of hotmelt
on polyurethane-based as the adhesive to combine the textile
layers together. |

Transfer Printing – also
called thermoprinting – is an innovative technology for
printing textiles. The
white or already predyed article together with the printing
paper is put through a calendar and is steered around a
heated cylinder. With a running time of 25 sec. and a temperature
of about 210°C, the colours on the paper change state
to a liquid/gaseous form and the colour is transferred
from the printing paper by a chemical sublimation process
into the textile and attaches to the fibres. With the transfer
printing method there is no water or air pollution. |
