Laboratory: In
our laboratory we investigate and evaluate different properties and functions of
textiles. By using
internationally recognized testing methods and instruments,
it is possible to obtain comparative batch to batch
data on articles.
Quality Control: We
differentiate between two types of goods control. Firstly, goods control during the
production process and secondly, control of the finished article at the end of the
whole process. In both controls we monitor the articles in production for the following
points: their appearance, uniformity, touch/handle, drape and fabric flaws. We record
the article weight, width, piece number and comments. This information is recorded
and analysed in our quality assurance system.
